I go by the "reblog the things you love" rule on Tumblr, which means (because I love a lot of things) I post rather excessively. Strong ladies and strong fictional ladies are incredibly important to me, and I'd like them to be treated well. I haven’t been keeping tabs on Looper at all and I know nothing about the movie except that it’s sci-fi and time travel and has assassins, so I only just found out that there were test screenings in November last year and that people loved it!!! And I don’t know if people are supposed to say good things in response to test screenings, if that’s a barrier at all, but still. exciting!!

I actually went to a screening earlier this month and was BLOWN AWAY by how good it was! JGL in particular. It was polarizing (the people I went didn’t like it) but it was a SPECTACULAR future piece, very intricate and suuuuper interesting.

Ooh, no, those screenings are definitely supposed to be a pre-release litmus test, so that’s promising!! Not familiar with Johnson’s work, but I like checking on JGL’s upcoming films now and again. Because of reasons. :-D
